Positive: The hosts here are extremely helpful, out of 10 I give them an 11! They have a bicycle with lock for use to ride around, are happy to get you cabs directly, and are very accommodating for changes in plans. The suite is very nice, clean, modern and minimalist. Everything you need from coffee to Alexa to a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar upon check in. Nice HOT water in the shower! It is on a well used street, has some noise and ambient light, but I still slept very well, the bed is very comfy. Has a full stove and oven, mini fridge, well suited for a short or longer term stay. Great location, about 8-10 blocks from most of El Centro, easy 10-15 minute walk to and from the bus terminal or airport, great place to explore Cuenca!
